INNSBRUCK@SUMMERNIGHT

Store, stroll, inform and enjoy was the motto of the first Innsbruck@SummerNight on July 1, 2022 in Innsbruck. Despite initial rain showers, the colorful walking acts and rousing marching bands created a great atmosphere.

Thanks to the extended opening hours until 9 p.m., it was possible to browse, stroll and shop until well into the evening. In addition to an impressive program on the Innsbruck shopping streets, visitors could look forward to numerous special promotions and goodies in the stores of the city center and the old town. The large shopping centers Kaufhaus Tyrol, Rathausgalerien, Sillpark and DEZ also offered numerous highlights on this day with a special supporting program.

E-mobility exhibition left nothing to be desired

The innovative spirit of Innsbruck's car dealers and the importance that sustainability has now assumed here could be discovered by all those interested in e-mobiles at the market square. With 25 different electric car models from nine different dealers, there was something for every taste and need at the large special exhibition. Likewise open questions could be clarified locally directly with experts.

Grand finale with parade through Innsbruck's old town and city center

For the grand finale all artist groups and marching bands gathered for a brilliant parade. Accompanied by the numerous shopping-enthusiastic visitors, it went with spectacular Ferris wheel, soap bubbles, colorful giant balloon animals and rousing music from the Goldenes Dachl through the Old Town and Maria-Theresien-Strasse up to the Annasäule and back. A fantastic Innsbruck@SummerNight thus drew to a close. Many people ended the long shopping evening with a drink or culinary delights in one of the numerous restaurants.
