ANPRUGGEN DISTRICT FESTIVAL
from 14:00 hrs | Innstraße - Waltherpark
7.10TH | ANPRUGGEN
This year's district tour ends with a stop in Anpruggen (Innstraße - St. Nikolaus) and invites you to a big street party. A special feature of this district: its location 'on the bridge' gives it its name. It is also the oldest part of Innsbruck. But: Anpruggen is not really 'old', there is a lot going on here! We want to show this diversity at the district festival. Numerous local institutions, businesses and facilities are working together to put together a varied program. And this much is already promised - there will be something to discover in many places.
Local and international singer-songwriters in Anpruggen
Musically, this district festival is all about singer-songwriters, who will bring a good atmosphere to the district with their fine sound and rousing beats. Visitors can look forward to the folk duo "Good Habits" from the UK or Tribubu. The international band from Spain and Germany unites four musicians from different countries, cultures and ethnicities and their musical mix creates a rousing atmosphere that also involves the audience. Things get groovy with the pop/alternative duo "Daiana" Lou. Solid grooves with a jazzy touch and a pinch of modernity is how you can describe the four-piece band "Elviras Kiss", who will also be performing at the district festival. A varied selection of musical talent awaits in Waltherpark, from funk and soul to indie and hip-hop, hosted by Dachziegelflow.
Children's program to join in and culinary delights from around the world
A large children's and family program with many hands-on and play stations promises a fun and entertaining afternoon. The local gastronomy conjures up the cultural diversity of the district on the plate when different and international delicacies are served.
Many thanks for the great active cooperation, the program design and the commitment to the Vogelweide Cultural Associationthe business associations Anpruggen Active and Wir am Inn and to the numerous local businesses and institutions.
