2.Data processing on the website
a) Access data (server log files)
When you visit our website, technical information is automatically stored in so-called server log files. These include

This data is necessary for the technical operation of the website and constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The server log files are anonymized by shortening the IP addressesdresse (the first two blocks) and deleted after 360 days. Only summarized statistics, such as visitor numbers, are retained. The log files are regularly evaluated for website analysis with Matomo, whereby only aggregated data is used. There is no detailed analysis of individual user interactions or profiling. The server log files are processed anonymously and pseudonymized to ensure the protection of personal data. There is no personal processing or linking with other data.
b) Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that is sent via the service provider Brevo. The following personal data is processed for registration:

Registration takes place via a double opt-in procedure: After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which you must actively confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

c) Cookies & tracking technologies
Our website does not use cookies. External content such as YouTube videos or the Instagram feed must be activated by the user before being displayed. Activation takes place via a consent banner, which gives the user the option of specifically activating or rejecting the desired content.

d) Web analysis with Matomo
Our website uses Matomo, an open source software for analyzing website visits. Matomo is configured so that no cookies are stored and the IP addressesdreare anonymized before being stored. No device fingerprints are created and all data collected remains fully aggregated. It is technically impossible to recognize users across different sessions. The data is stored exclusively on our own servers, without being passed on externally. In addition, no user profiles are created or individual behavior patterns tracked, as all data collected is used exclusively for general website analysis.
If you do not agree to the storage of your data, you can object by clicking the mouse. In this case, an opt-out cookie will be set to save your decision. Please note that this opt-out cookie must be reactivated if you delete your cookies.

3. Online game "Zwischenraum" - high score & competition
In the game "Zwischenraum", users can voluntarily enter their first name and email addressdresse in a highscore list. The data is used to display the best players and for weekly prize notifications. Processing only takes place with prior consent via the opt-in checkbox.
Legal basis: Consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The data will be stored locally, not passed on and deleted at the end of the project or revoked.
4.Photo and video recordings at events
Photos or videos may be taken for documentation purposes during events. These recordings may be published on our website, in print media or on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) or passed on to the press.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (non-public events, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or public interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR in conjunction with § 3 Z 11 UG for public events).
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer or the event organization. It may not be possible to fully implement a later objection if the photographs have already been published. 5.Forwarding of data to Dri tte
Your personal data will not be passed on to Dritte, except in the context of the following Dritt provider services. Data processing agreements (DPAs) have been concluded with the following providers: Brevo (newsletter service provider), our hosting provider for the operation of the website and Dritt providers for embedded content such as YouTube and Instagram. Data processing agreements (DPAs) have already been concluded with all relevant Drittan providers to ensure data protection compliance. Compliance with these agreements is checked regularly.
