CITY DISTRICT TOUR AS GUEST AT 'GRÜSS HÖTTING'
The two-day event'Grüss Hötting' will take place on October 11 and 12, 2024 under the patronage of the Hötting Volunteer Fire Brigade. The aim of the event is for the Hötting clubs to present themselves together and introduce themselves to the public. Details at www.gruess-hoetting.at
On Friday, October 11, 2024, the event begins with the "Village Party in the City". This will take place in the marquee at the clubhouse (Schulgasse 3). Admission starts at 19:00 (ticket required). On Saturday, October 12, 2024, the "Day of Hötting Clubs and Blue Light Day" invites you to discover the diversity of the Hötting district. The Hötting clubs and emergency organizations open their doors and offer a varied program for the whole family. The district tour, organized by Innsbruck Marketing, is also on site and enriches the programme with creative workshops and hands-on stations for young and old at the'Zeltwerkstatt am Dach'.
From 13:30 to 18:30, visitors can experience the performances of the Hötting clubs around the Hötting clubhouse and in Schulgasse free of charge . Whether it's hands-on sporting activities, exciting demonstrations or a look behind the scenes - there's something for everyone. Musical entertainment in the afternoon will be provided by'Franz Posch & seine Innbrüggler'. In the evening from 19:00, the Höttinger Oktoberfest takes place in the marquee at the clubhouse (Schulgasse 3). The cult band'Münchner Zwietracht' will provide atmospheric musical accompaniment (ticket required).

- Making fabric jellyfish and lanterns from fabric remnants and other used materials (recommended age: 5 years and older)
In these workshops by KIOSK26 and die Die Diele, children learn to appreciate existing materials and breathe new life into them. The activities promote the children's environmental awareness, creativity and manual skills. They also learn how new, useful objects can be created from old materials.

Build your own table tennis bat and get creative! (for children aged 8 and over)
The'werkstattcouch' association is an open workroom that is looked after, used and managed by its members. At the Höttinger Stadtteilfest, they leave their room in Höttingergasse and offer creative wood craft workshops for children on site. These workshops are led and supervised by experienced members of the association.
Intarsia workshop | SPURart
The ski and snowboard manufacturer SPURart is known for its unique designs, which it creates in intricate inlay work from wood veneers. At the Höttinger street festival, the SPURart team will be giving exciting insights into their handicrafts and offering two creative workshops for children and young people.
