The Innsbruck Marketing plans its events with love and care for the people of Innsbruck and its guests. All interested restaurateurs have a high level of responsibility and make a significant contribution to the success of the event. Economic success is the sole responsibility of the business.
Requirements for a gastronomy partnership with the Innsbruck Marketing
Authorization: The restaurateur has a catering license.
Regionality: It is particularly important to us to work with entrepreneurs based in Innsbruck. Local restaurateurs or restaurateurs who have their business directly at the event area are preferred, provided they meet the requirements.
Green Event: All Innsbruck Marketing events are subject to the rules of a "Green Event", see https://greenevents-tirol.at/de/. For example, deposit cups are required, disposable tableware is prohibited and waste is to be avoided. There may be deviations due to official regulations.
Drinks: Non-alcoholic drinks must be offered; high-proof drinks may not be served, maximum 10% by volume. Official regulations and the Tyrolean Youth Protection Act must be complied with without exception. The Innsbruck Marketing GmbH mainly organizes events for the whole family, therefore it is mandatory to offer a youth drink. 0.5 liters of the youth drink must be cheaper than 0.5 liters of an alcoholic drink, e.g. beer.
Food: If the caterer offers food, vegan/vegetarian food must also be offered.
Liquid gas regulations, fire protection regulations and hygiene guidelines must be complied with without exception. Official inspections will be carried out, violation will lead to a ban.
Risk: Every event carries the risk of, for example, weather-related cancellation, interruption or premature termination, lower than expected capacity utilization, force majeure, etc. The organizer assumes no liability for these risks. The organizer accepts no liability for these risks.
